As a skilled and experienced Recovery Coach since 2017 specialising in food and other addictions, I have helped clients to achieve a healthy relationship with food, and now I’d like to help you.

Within our society, our relationship with food has already become increasingly complex.  There are many factors and influences, which over the years have contributed to the connections and associations that you may make with food.

How many times are we told growing up to “clear the plate”?  How often are we using food to cover up feelings?

Celebrating?… Cake
Disappointed?… Chocolate

With this in mind, my work covers the full spectrum of disordered eating.  This includes approaches to:

  • Features of overeating;
  • Solutions for compulsive eating;
  • Emotional eating;
  • Triggers and causes of Food Addiction;
  • Learning about addictive behaviours;
  • Understanding addicted eating;
  • Recognising associated patterns.

My approach is truly holistic.

I want to work closely with ‘you’ rather than ‘the problem’.

I believe that at the core of each of our very souls is the place where change and transformation are possible, for each of us.
